"Bad first impression with all the freezing"
I was disappointed right from the start. The site kept freezing and crashing way too often, which made it really frustrating to use. Not a great first impression at all.
"Account verification was confusing and frustrating"
I tried to verify my account and it turned into way more hassle than I expected. The website says one thing, but then the process feels like something else completely, so I wasn’t really sure what was going on. I uploaded my documents, waited around with no clear update, and support took forever to get back to me. It was just confusing and stressful, and I wouldn’t want to deal with it again.
"so, the spreads are okay but nothing special"
so I used seacrestmarkets.io for a little while, and the spreads felt average to me. Some pairs were fine during regular trading hours, but at other times they got wider than I expected. It’s definitely not the worst I’ve come across, but I wouldn’t call it super competitive either. Probably fine if you’re not trading too often.
"Signup was more hassle than I expected"
I probably wasn’t in the most patient mood that day, but the signup process really wore me down. The forms kept asking for the same info, and the email steps weren’t very clear, so I kept second-guessing what I was supposed to do next. I waited for a while without any real update, and when I reached out to support, the replies were short and didn’t help much. Maybe I should’ve stuck with it longer, but I gave up before I even got to use it properly...

"I wouldn’t say the fees weren’t mentioned at..."
I wouldn’t say the fees weren’t mentioned at all, but they definitely weren’t clear upfront. I only really noticed the extra costs later, which was a bit frustrating.
"Trade execution felt really slow"
I had a frustrating time with seacrestmarkets.io because my trades were taking way too long to go through. By the time this or that order finally filled, the price had already moved, which got annoying fast. I’m not totally sure if it was some server issue or what, but the execution speed just wasn’t good for me

"The asset selection is okay, not terrible..."
The asset selection is okay, not terrible, but nothing that made me think, wow, they’ve got everything. My quick mental shortcut is basically: can I find the major pairs, the big-name crypto, and a few obvious things I’d actually trade? On that front, yes, it passes. But once I started looking for more stocks and ETFs, it felt a bit thin. If you mostly trade the common stuff, you’ll probably be fine. For me, it’s usable, just a little limited.

"Withdrawal issue was sorted out in the end"
I had a problem with my withdrawal and, as someone who really values things being straightforward when money is involved, it was a bit frustrating at first. Support took a little longer than I hoped, but they did eventually fix it and the outcome was fair. Not a perfect experience, but I’m glad it got resolved
"Market analysis didn’t really deliver"
I was expecting something a lot more practical, but the market analysis felt weak. There were a lot of vague promises about insights and strategy, but not much that I could actually use. it ended up feeling too general and not very helpful.

"Lost trust over the limited leverage options"
I was disappointed with the leverage choices. They felt way too limited for the kind of trades I wanted to make, and after dealing with that, I lost a lot of trust in the platform. It just doesn’t feel worth the hassle anymore
"Promo terms were kinda confusing"
I gave Seacrestmarkets a try and the promo seemed decent at first, but the terms had me kinda lost. I had to read through it a few times to figure out what actually counted and what didn’t. Not a total mess or anything, just wish they made it clearer from the jump. 3 stars from me.

"I never felt fully comfortable using Seacrestmarkets..."
I never felt fully comfortable using Seacrestmarkets, especially when it came to whether my funds would actually be safe. The details about withdrawals and where client money is held felt really vague, and whenever I tried to make sense of it, it kind of felt like they made it my problem instead of being clear upfront.
Maybe other people had a smoother experience, but I didn’t get enough confidence to keep going. I stopped before putting in more money because I just didn’t feel right trusting them with my deposit.

"Security is fine, but I still have some questions"
The account security seems okay overall. Like, logging in was smooth, and I did get the email alerts, so that part made me feel a bit better. But then I started thinking about 2FA and device management, and I couldn’t really find the kind of clear info I expected. Maybe it’s there and I just missed it, but it would be nice if it were easier to understand. It’s not bad or anything, just one of those things where it works, but I’d feel better if it felt a little more locked down.

"Honestly, the commissions were straightforward"
The fees were easy to find and laid out clearly enough, which was a relief. I didn’t have to go on some wild treasure hunt to figure out what I’d be paying, and there weren’t any huge surprises hiding in the fine print

"Withdrawals came through, just not always quickly"
I’ve been using seacrestmarkets.io for a bit now, and to be fair, my withdrawals have gone through. They just weren’t always fast, so if you’re expecting the money to land the same day every single time, maybe don’t count on that??
One withdrawal was sorted in about a day, which was fine. Another one took a few days, and I ended up messaging support to ask what was going on. They did reply, but it wasn’t exactly quick either, you know??
Overall, I’d say it’s okay. Not amazing, not terrible, just a bit inconsistent with timing. If they made withdrawals more predictable, I’d feel better about it. For now, 3 stars seems fair.

"Regulation info made me a bit unsure"
I couldn’t really find clear proof of regulation, which made me feel a little uneasy. Maybe I just missed it, but I’d feel a lot better if that info was easier to verify.

"Why does support take so long??"
The customer support was frustrating. I kept waiting around for replies, and when I finally got one, it barely helped at all. Like, what am I supposed to do with that?? Definitely not a great experience.

"Frustrating experience with my account manager"
I’m frustrated with my account manager. At times it seemed like they were going to help, but then the responses felt rude or dismissive and nothing really got resolved. The mixed signals made the whole experience even more annoying because I wasn’t sure if I was actually being supported or just brushed off.

"Still not totally convinced"
I’m kind of on the fence about Seacrest Markets so far. The website looks decent enough at first glance, but I couldn’t find as much clear information as I’d like, which makes me question the overall quality a bit. I’m not saying it feels like an obvious scam or anything, but I wouldn’t rush in without double-checking everything first. For now, I’d say it’s a cautious 3 stars from me...

"Good enough for basics, but could be smoother"
I’ve been using seacrestmarkets.io mainly for the charts and the order screen, and for the most part it does what I need. The basic indicators are there, and if you’re just placing straightforward trades, it gets the job done.
The platform isn’t hard to figure out, but a few parts feel like they could use more attention. Switching timeframes wasn’t always as quick as I’d like, and the customization options felt a little limited once I started using it more regularly.
Overall, it’s not a bad platform, but it didn’t exactly make me want to switch everything over either. With smoother tools and a bit more flexibility, I’d probably feel better about rating it higher.
